This Privacy Policy explains how Phonixo ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Sneaky Steps (the "App"). By downloading or playing the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

The App does not require an account, sign-in, or any personal profile. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to play. The information the App does handle comes from two sources:

• Gameplay analytics and crash reports (Firebase). The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how levels are played (for example, which level you started, completed, restarted, or exited, how many times you died, and how long an attempt took) and to receive crash and error reports if something goes wrong. These events are tied to an anonymous, app-generated installation identifier — not to your name or any account.
• Advertising (Google AdMob). The App may display banner and full-screen ads served by Google AdMob at points between levels. AdMob and Google Play services may process technical identifiers (such as an app instance ID and general device/network information) to serve and measure these ads. The App does not request the Android Advertising ID, so ads are shown on a contextual basis rather than personalized to your interests or ad history.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, or any user-generated content — the App has none of these features.

Website Analytics and Contact

This website uses Simple Analytics to measure aggregate visits without using cookies or creating cross-site profiles. If you submit the contact form, the name, email address, subject, and message you provide are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to us by email so we can respond. Do not include sensitive information in your message.

Cookies

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Because no non-essential cookies are used, a cookie-consent banner is not required for the current website. Links to third-party websites are governed by those sites’ own cookie and privacy practices.

How We Use Information

• To understand which levels and mechanics are working well or causing frustration, so we can improve the App.
• To diagnose and fix crashes and errors.
• To display and measure the performance of in-app advertising, which helps keep the App free to download.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile of you beyond what Google's own AdMob and Firebase services do on our behalf, as described above.

Your Game Progress

Your level progress, death counts, and preferences (such as sound and reduced-motion settings) are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to any server we control. Uninstalling the App or clearing its app data will erase this local progress.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Children's Privacy

Sneaky Steps is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

Data Retention

Analytics and crash data collected through Firebase is retained according to Google Firebase's standard retention settings. Locally stored game progress remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App.

Your Choices

• You can uninstall the App at any time, which removes locally stored progress from your device.
• You can control ad personalization and data collection at the device level through your Android system settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• You can opt out of interest-based advertising generally at optout.aboutads.info, where applicable.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example as the App adds new features such as rewarded ads or an ad-removal purchase. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
