Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your download and use of Sneaky Steps (the "App"), published by Phonixo ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, Phonixo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control. This license does not give you any ownership of the App, its code, or its content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Modify, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App or its assets (artwork, audio, levels, or code) without our written permission.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law, or that interferes with the App's advertising, analytics, or normal operation.
• Attempt to interact with, click, or otherwise interfere with advertisements shown in the App in a fraudulent or automated way.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, icon, artwork, audio, level designs, and underlying code, is the property of Phonixo and its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The App is built with the Godot Engine (MIT license) and uses the DM Serif Display typeface (SIL Open Font License 1.1); the in-app About screen lists the full attribution and license text for these and other third-party components.

Advertising

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, shown between levels and on the level-selection screen. We do not currently offer any in-app purchases or an ad-removal option, though this may change in a future update — if it does, we will update these Terms and the App's store listing accordingly.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Phonixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services — Google Firebase and Google AdMob — to operate analytics, crash reporting, and advertising. Your use of the App is also subject to Google's own terms and policies for these services. See our Privacy Policy for details on what these services collect.

Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App, and may revise these Terms, at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when the Terms change. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable local consumer protection law.
